Shipping policy

Delivery times and costs: United Kingdom: free, 5 to 10 working days. European Union: £4.99, 7 to 14 working days. US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other listed countries: £6.99, 7 to 15 working days.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Every order is tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.

Where your order ships from: to keep prices low, our toys are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse in China. Everything in a box ships from the same supplier and usually arrives in a single parcel. Occasionally items arrive in separate packages.

Customs and duties: UK and EU prices include VAT where it applies. Customers outside the UK and EU may have to pay local import duties or taxes, which we don't control.

Christmas delivery: for delivery before Christmas, order by 5 December (UK) or 1 December (rest of the world).

Problems with delivery: if your tracking hasn't moved in 15 working days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 working days, email rera0pm@gmail.com and we'll reship or refund it.
