What's in the Shred Box?
7 pieces: a paper cup foraging tower, a natural rattan foraging cone, and 5 natural sola balls. The Refill Box has the rattan cone and 5 sola balls.
Which birds are they for?
Small to medium parrots: budgies, cockatiels, conures, lovebirds, caiques, quakers and similar. They're not suitable for large macaws or cockatoos, which can destroy them too quickly.
Are the toys safe?
They're mostly natural, shreddable materials: rattan, sola (plant pith), paper, raffia and grass rope. Some toys include coloured paper, a metal hanging hook or a small bell, and we say exactly which ones on each product page. As with any bird toy, supervise play and remove a toy once it's badly worn or has loose parts.
My bird destroyed it in a day. Is that normal?
Yes, and that's what they're for. Shredding is healthy enrichment. Heavy shredders usually go through a box in 1–3 weeks. The Refill Box is the cheaper way to keep the cage stocked.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is free and takes 5–10 working days. EU delivery takes 7–14 working days and the rest of the world 7–15. Every order is tracked. See Shipping & Delivery.
Where do the toys ship from?
Directly from our supplier's warehouse in China, which keeps the price low. Your box usually arrives in a single parcel.
What if something arrives damaged or missing?
Email us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it. You don't need to send anything back. See Returns & Refunds.
Do you deliver before Christmas?
Order by 5 December (UK) or 1 December (rest of the world) for delivery before Christmas.
