Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Every order is tracked, and you'll get a tracking link by email once it ships.
Where your order ships from
To keep prices low, our toys are shipped directly from our supplier's warehouse in China. Everything in a box ships from the same supplier and usually arrives in a single parcel. Occasionally items arrive in separate packages.
Customs and duties
UK and EU prices include VAT where it applies. Customers outside the UK and EU may have to pay local import duties or taxes, which we don't control.
Christmas delivery
For delivery before Christmas, order by 5 December (UK) or 1 December (rest of the world).
Problems with delivery
If your tracking hasn't moved in 15 working days or your order hasn't arrived within 25 working days, email rera0pm@gmail.com and we'll reship or refund it.
